Go to this hostel i went too, last year, called Weary Traveller Hostel located in Tulum Village. It has bunk rooms with comfy beds for 6 usd/night. The price includes breakfast and dinner, and you have acces to an information center, book exchange and for internet you will pay 2.50 usd/hour. The hostel it's at the bus terminal.
