The majority of clubs in Guadalajara are on the Maestranza. One of the most popular is La Maestranza. Go there, if you want to experience the "machismo" feeling. Not far there are another 2 clubs: La Maskara and La Jaula (you'll see the local gays there). If you prefer a more cultured atmosphere, you can try Femina La Latina. This is all I know about the night life options in town!
