The ferry from Cancun leaves from Plaja Linda Pier, where the bridge across Canal Nichupte meats the land. It is only 4 km from the city centre.
The journey lasts about 20 minutes and a round trip costs 12.50$.
Take care because the daily program is between 9.00 and 16.45 (17.00 for returns) so you don't wanna miss the return one.
