For me, it's the Plaza Kukulcan, even though the prices are a little bit higher. You can find everything there (including souvenirs), as there are more than 200 shops to choose from. You can also find good restaurants here and entertaiment activities for children and teenagers: video games and a bowling alley.
You can easily recognize it in the Hotel Zone and the program is between 10.00 and 22.00.
