eduardo's question:
I knew that near the Baja peninsula, on the Pacific coast whales are hand in hand with humans :) How can I benefit from some guided whale-watching?(give a different answer) .
True, the Pacific grey whales come to breed and give birth near Baja, so they sometimes gather around 200 in the San Ignacio lagoon. They migrate from the Arctic and travel around 5,000 miles to get here. These whales are so friendly that they rise up from the water to be touched by humans, that's why locals call them "las amistosas". For a 5-day trip contact Baja Expeditions in San Diego at travel@bajaex.com. The 1,895$ tax includes air transport.
